Returns

All return merchandise must have an associated RMA# (return merchandise authorization). To obtain an RMA# and appropriate shipping instructions, please send an email to support@windthewatch.com.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return you item(s) for a full refund if returned within 30 days of receipt.(verified by UPS, Fedex, USPS tracking data) All item(s) returned within 60 days, (verified by UPS, Fedex, USPS tracking data) are eligible for an exchange or store credit. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

If you item is damaged or becomes defective as a result of shipping, we will replace the item for you at no additional cost. Please send an email to support@windthewatch.com for instructions.

Return Guidelines:

- Must be returned in the original packaging.

- Must include all parts, accessories, and manuals.

- Shipping cost are non-refundable.

- Allow 10 business days to process return.


Who Pays For Return Shipping?

If there is an error with your order, ie. you received the wrong item or the wrong color, we will have the item picked up at our cost and correct the error. We must be notified within 30 days of any shipping errors.

All other shipping cost for returned items, are the responsibility of the customer.


Items Not Returnable:

- Personalized, engraved, embroidered, and monogrammed items.

 

    * Exceptions: If your personalized, engraved, embroidered, and monogrammed items are received with an error, your item can be eligible for a return.
